"The club is unbelievable. During my time here in Barcelona, it's amazing because everyone in the club loves it and tries to give their best to achieve success," Flick stated.
Drawing from his experience with Bayern Munich, where he won a historic sextuple, Flick sees great potential with Barcelona, especially with familiar faces like Robert Lewandowski.
"I won some titles with Bayern Munich, and my hunger for titles is really big. I would like to stay on this path with Barcelona, and I think we can achieve a lot together," he added.

New Era Under Flick
Barcelona, which experienced a decline in performance under Xavi, is expected to meet the highest standards under Hansi Flick's regime in the next two years.
The German coach was enthusiastic in handling possession-based systems and their playing style, which he believes will create a harmonious and competitive dynamic.
"The philosophy they have is similar to mine - ball possession and really attacking football. These are the things I love," he explained.

Discussions and Agreements
Barcelona officials met with Flick in London. The former Bayern Munich coach had been in the Catalan capital since Monday before the contract was signed.
The club's vice-president, Rafa Yuste, emerged from a dinner meeting on Tuesday hopeful of announcing Flick's appointment by Wednesday. However, final confirmation awaited the conclusion of a severance deal with Xavi.
According to The Guardian, Barcelona opened talks with Flick at least two months ago, and both parties reached a verbal agreement some time ago.
